Frazetta Prints and Publications

Even if you aren't branch to South by Southwest this week, you can accompany a section of it home. The Frank Frazetta collection has an unprecedented amount of original masterpieces including Death Dealer 2, Death Dealer Egyptian Queen, At the Earth's Core, Conan Man Ape and Dark Kingdom, as well a rare original painting Frazetta did for the movie From Dusk Til Dawn among others, 12 original masterpiece paintings total.
Today, Frank Frazetta team at the Frazetta Museum are charged with preserving Frazetta's legacy and providing an inspiring environment for Frazetta Canvas aspiring artists, who can visit the museum, learn and create, merely steps away from where the Master brought his imagination to life. That being said, depending on the print and its edition, each print could still be worth UP TO $3k depending on what it is. (And that would only apply to the hand-signed prints.) -The unsigned ones might only be worth a couple $100 each, depending on what they are. The later Ace reprint of THE MAD KING (very blue in color) was printed from a quick recreation of the painting because, after borrowing the original painting from Ace, Frazetta didn't want to give it back (the bluish coloring is because of the photographic printing process).
Back to Frazetta, in the early 1970's when we first became a serious reader Frank Frazetta along with Bode, Eisner, Corben, Ditko, Frazetta Prints Kirby, and Wrightson were my very favorite artists as I always felt they transmitted me to the world they created in their art. To help offset curation costs and to further ensure the legendary images forged from Frank's imagination live on for thousands of years, The Frazetta Art Museum licensed for production the Frazetta Legacy Collection, emblazoning Frazetta's most iconic images on investment-grade silver, copper & gold coins, statues and other timeless museum-quality collectibles.
