Creating a Comic Book

Adding art to your home is a great way to freshen it up, but don't just buy something off the shelves of your local home accessories store.  His ink illustrations are so intricate that they actually blow the art up in size (rather than the standard procedure of reducing) before printing it. I'm the proud owner of several of his silk-screened prints which is the only affordable way to obtain his art.

The main feature of this new show is the fusion of typical circus performances, which keep fascinating both children and adults, with new ingredients, which make the show keep pace with the times: besides clowns, stilt walkers, trapeze artists and exotic animals, the tourists who will travel to Rome will enjoy the performances of a daredevil cyclist and sensational motorcyclists.

The nature of a comic book artist's job requires that you be a self-starter who can multi-task, meet deadlines, be disciplined, weather the bad times and ultimately work as a freelancer.  When visiting with comic dealers like myself, always talk to the dealer pick their brains and get their insight on books and what to be to watch for in the future, also even if you do not buy anything from the dealer get their business card, this way if you need anything you will have a recourse to dealers to contact, and when you need that hard to find book you will have the advantage.

Remember, to become a successful comic book artist, prospective illustrators should work to complete some type of formal training, such as a degree program; gain professional experience in a related field; and apply to entry-level positions in the art industry.
